Introudction： - For our Healthcare Sector in Shanghai we are looking for a Commercial Officer at the earliest opportunity. Responsibilities: - Regular analyze and interpretation (and if necessary support at corrections) of all financial figures of a Business Line (BL) in China (Orders and Turnover, Gross Profit, SG&A, Cash Flow, etc.). Review and ensure correctness of all provided reporting(s).- High quality preparation of all commercial key figures for communication to management and headquarter of the responsible BL (regularly and ad-hoc).- Support at the Forecast (Esprit, MTA and MBR) of Orders, Turnover, Gross Profit, SG&A of the responsible BL.Evaluation and calculation of customer projects in terms of price quality and profitability.Ensure price management for the responsible BL in China including creating transparency on price erosion and development/quality.- Contact for HQ for all relevant commercial topics of the BL in China.- Measure and control the performance of regions and sub-regions for the BL in China (including target setting)- Cost center controlling (including approval of claims for T&E, etc.) for a BL.- Contact and Coordinator for all international transactions (Collaboration topics, Service Agreements, etc.)- Ensure financial reporting integrity and transparency.Support on several Business Area central topics, include but not limited to: Cross-BL business process implementation and control (identify financial value drivers and implement it into operation process); Overall business area P&L advocate; Provide regular financial reports to business area leadership team to track business performance; etc. What do I need to qualify for this job? - 3 years working experience and sound knowledge in Business Controlling and Finance- Outstanding knowledge and experience in analyzing and interpreting data in finance/business/accounting areas- Similar experience in MNCs with business and operation process understanding.- Analytical ability and executive summary ability- Flexibility and Motivation to work in an international environment in Business Lines with Headquarters in USA and Germany- Very good level in English (writing and speaking)- Strong skills in SPIRDON(SAP), Esprit (SAP), Excel, PowerPoint (Microsoft Office), SHARE (CRM)- Great communication skills, collaboration with internal partners- Bachelor or aboveHow do I apply? - We are looking forward to receiving your online -application. - To submit your application on-line, please click the button “Apply”.
