Introduction: - For our Healthcare Sector in Shanghai, we are looking for Operation Specialist at the earliest opportunity What are my responsibilities? 1 Work for Global Healthcare CRM system share in China 2 Focus on end user supporting & training, system maintenance, reporting and analysis 3 Maintain customer master data and material master data in company‘s ERP system 4 Extend Market Transparency through market analysis and segmentation work 5 Define process and resources for conducting market research initiatives 6 Conduct action items to improve responsible Region/BU/Segment 7 Facilitate to build a learning organization and coordinate with Learning Academy 8 Support CRM Manager for other strategic and operation projects What do I need to qualify for this job? - Bachelor degree with major in management information system / management science - Minimum 3-year experience in market research, market segmentation, financial analysis, and business development - Excellent skill at exceptional strategic thinking and analytical - Highly verbal and written communication skills in English - Open Minded to cultural / business differences in coordination with global HQ - Excellent influence skills, along with strong team/collaborative mindset What else do I need to know? - The Siemens Healthcare Sector is one of the world‘s largest suppliers to the healthcare industry and a trendsetter in medical imaging, laboratory diagnostics, medical information technology and hearing aids.
