职位描述：1.Primary Responsibility 1) General office duties such as answering the phone, photo copying, filing, mailings, typing, faxing etc.2) Maintain computer data base files as specified. 3) Issue deviation and maintain the deviation log to accept products with cosmetic defects.4) Data Entry to the system as needed. 5) Distribute documents to the suppliers 2 Secondary Responsibility 1) Other duties and projects as assigned. 3. Working Relationship 3.1 Internal 1) Medline Shanghai. 2) Medline American 3.2 External 1) Suppliers. 4. Job Requirements 4.1 Education Qualification 1) Bachelor degree 4.2 Knowledge & Skills 1) Fluent both in written and verbal English. English level of CET 6 or equivalent for local candidates. 2) Familiar with general office software. 4.3 Experience 1) Quality related experience is prefered 2) Operation/clerk experience is prefered
