职位描述：Key Responsibilities:1.In charge of effective management of all domestic warehousing and logistics aspects, including management ofwarehousing, both warehousing and logistics of third-partycontracted.2.To ensure all operations of warehousing and logistics are consistent withSOP, also make sure third party’s relative SOP are qualified with our requirements. Be proactive to find out processes need improvements and updates the SOP in time.3.Be responsible for building and maintaining effective communication channels and relationship with third-party logistics, tracking KPI of third-party services. Hold regular monthly meeting with third-party. Effective methods to solve kinds of emergency.4.Complete all sales outbound every month, make sure all goods are dispatched out before the date of monthly financial account close, filing the sales outbound records based on financial sales income confirmation SOP.5.Make sure 100% accuracy for all sorts of warehousing and logistics reports, including inventory report, count report, segregation report, scrap report, daily sales reports, other outbound report and etc.6.Implement the 6S and EHS in warehouse.7.Control, audit and record the charges of warehousing and logistics from third-party.8.Making training plan and cultivating abilities of organization, coordination and leadership of warehousing and logistics staffsRequirements:1.Bachelor degree with major in Logistics or related2.5 years more logistics experience in MNC3.Proficient with ERP system and computer skill including excel and so on4.Very good communication and implementation skill, be competent to some challenging tasks and environment
