职位描述：MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESEfficient and effective installation and maintenance in the field, Following up and solving technical incidents on the instruments.- Solving the problem by Telephone if possible, and share solutions back to all the team, Fixing incidents with optimized costs and quality for the customer, including during weekend and public holiday shifts.- Educating and Training customer- Operation and recording by following Field Service SOP/EHS，Centralizing and archiving technical documentation- Good cooperation with BU and Dealer- Teamwork and encouraging others to adopt best practices- Other marketing or related projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or companyJob Requirement- A bachelor degree in medical engineering, mechanics or related majors. 1-2 years experience in medical device industry- Effective communication skills both written and verbal- Good language skills incl. Chinese and English and can work well with staff and customers from diversified backgrounds.
