职位描述：Sales Rep.销售代表/Sales Supervisor 销售主管工作地点 Location：工作类型：全职职位描述:This position will be responsible for the joint business in Chongqing of East China. report to Sales Supervisor/Sales Mgr.销售代表将会负责公司在骨科类产品在安徽地区的销售（关节），汇报给相应区域的销售主管或经理主要职责 Principal Duties and Responsibilities:- 完成当地的销售指标 To achieve the sales target- 专业的传达详细的产品知识给客户 To get solid product knowledge to serve customers with high standard quality and safty- 管理当地代理商 To enhance the distributor management- 管理当地重点客户，促进产品的市场占有率 To maintain and develop key account in order to increase market share- 有效率的解决工作上的问题，完成每周的销售报告To submit weekly reports and solve problems timely技能需求 Expected Areas of Competence (i.e. KSAs)- 能主动去了解并回应公司内外部客户的需求 To be proactive and meet the internal and external customers’ needs- 能与公司内外部进行有效沟通 Have effective communications with internal and external customers- 正直、诚实、可靠Integrity, honesty and respect for people- 渴求发展Have motivation to learn and improve- 结果导向Result oriented- 团队协作能力好To be a good team player教育、经验要求 Education/Experience Requirements- 医学相关领域背景，本科尤佳 Bachelor Degree of Medicine above or similar medical background;- 2年以上骨科外科相关产品销售经验 Above two years sales experience with Orthopaedics related experience in multinational company;- 良好的销售及沟通技巧 Good selling skill, good interpersonal skill, clear communication skill;- 适应出差 Travel up to 50%
