职位描述：Your main tasks主要工作职责· Quick and smooth integration into the Technical Service Team快速融入维修服务团队· Fast learning of Technical Service, Repair and Assembling of optical instruments or electronic device快速掌握光学内窥镜或电子产品的维护，维修和组装技能· Take over responsibility about own working area能够对本职工作负责· Following the implemented work flow processes and proactively work on improvements遵照工作流程，并积极改善· Repair medical instruments within the predefined time frame于规定的维修周期内，保质保量完成医疗器械产品的维修· Support additional mechanical repair tasks配合维修其他的器械产品· Become an expert in the Repair for medical instruments成为医用器械产品维修的熟手· Report to the Senior Service Manager汇报给高级服务经理Your qualification任职资格· Bachelor/college degree in electronics-optics or medical instrument (preferably with medical instrument experience)本科或专业学历，电子光学或医疗器械专业（有医疗器械行业经验优先考虑）· Strong Optical or electronics Know How具备光学或电子学专业知识· Documented experience in the repair or manufacturing of endoscopes or electronic device is preferred有内窥镜或电子产品维修/制造经验优先· Fast learning快速学习能力· Experienced in the use of MS-Office programs like Excel and Word熟练使用MS-Office，比如Excel, Word· Fluent in written and spoken English (would be a plus)英语书面和口语表达流利可优先考虑· Background and experience in the medical field, service repairs, working with western company/mentality would be a plus有医疗领域工作经验，维修服务经验，外企工作经验可优先考虑· Mandarin native language普通话流利· Willingness to travel (within Mainland China) 可出差（中国大陆）· Loyal and Trustable忠诚度高，可信赖· Willingness for a long-term cooperation 愿意跟公司长期合作· Interested to work in an international environment 有兴趣在外资公司工作· Own initiative and independent working style主动，独立的工作方式· Cost and target orientated成本节约意识，目标明确· Service orientated服务意识· Analytical and problem solving skill分析和解决问题的能力
