职位描述：Drive procurement, planning, scheduling and negotiation of materials, components, equipment, supplies and services necessary for the company at the optimal costs. Lead-time, inventory and service levels.This includes continuous improvement and streamlining of purchasing processes and programs to use formal and disciplined processes, tools, and procedures on order to systematically complete standard work tasks,The buyer plans and schedules purchased materials and services based on the MRP requirements, purchasing COS systems, Purchasing procedures and customer requirements as well as coordinates activities with other functional areas within the company.The buyer also develops strategic relationships with our suppliers including creating long term agreements, measurement of performance, identifying and driving improvement efforts or programs, and other activities in order to enhance supplier performance in the Supply Chain.The Buyer also assists the Purchasing supervisor or manager in developing the talents and capability of the purchasing team in order to improve the level of purchasing activity service provided to internal and external customers.RequirementsCollege or above.Good command in English from writing &reading perspectives.Be able to work under stress with team spirits
