职位描述：Major Tasks and Responsibilities of Position (max. 8 key topics)1. Follows the national sample process to ensure every step smooth implementation of all necessary steps; collects and analyzes customer information to prepare quarterly reports2. Manages the drug stores’ promotion material based on the regional request coming from central MKT; finds and prepares quarterly reports to support and analyze material usage status3. Summarizes regional sales data, including top drug stores monthly reports, monthly sales reports as well as distribution stock or other related sales information and data4. Collects and manages contracts and some documents to support the sales team5. Checks and approves sales expenses in system following applicable compliance policies and other relevant regulationsQualifications- Education: College or University degree- Experience: 2 years of sales assistant or related trade experience- Knowledge & Skills: MS Office skills (especially MS Excel), ability to work with harshdeadlines, high degree of enthusiasm, strong sense of logics and the ability to analyzedata correctly
