职位描述：Job Purpose：Responsible for all relative quality activities. Promoting and driving quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.Key Roles and Responsibilities(Key Accountabilities)：1.Maintain quality levels through enforcement of quality control processes, procedures and standards, training and reinforcement of expectations, and implementation of corrective actions.2.Work with plant team to identify and implement opportunities for improvement, cost reductions, and equipment maintenance.3.Ensure compliance with all management systems including ISO 9001:2000, ISO13485:2003 etc. (Note: The general management system is defined by the MPS headquarters. Local adoptions to be aligned with corporate HQ)4.Manage manpower, equipment and resources of the Qualtiy department.5.Support new product development and launch processes and manage QA participation on new production development teams.6.Support daily production operations.7.Ensure operation for appropriate site storage of quality records.8.Manage NCMR, Deviations and Complaints programs.9.Manage administration and implementation of Quality Communications Systems.10.Manage material qualification process and work with purchasing.11.Generate monthly performance indicators.12.Support ISO 9001 and ISO13485 internal and external audits.JOB REQUIREMENTS1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Scientific, Engineering or related field required.2.Minimum of 8 years experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance in an injection molding plastics manufacturing facility, in which 3 years experience in Medical Device and / or Pharmaceutical packaging products (plastics), and at least 3 years in managerial post.3.Supervisory & leadership skills a must.4.Experienced in facilitation of teams.5.Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).6.Experience in problem solving teams with customers.7.Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2000, ISO 13485:2003 and auditing experience.8.Working knowledge of SPC and SQC applications in a manufacturing environment.9.Strong problem solving skills, able to employ a structured approach to problem solving.10.Demonstrated ability to train and motivate others.11.Good communication skills.12.Good command of English (speaking, listening, reading & writing).13.Computer skills – Windows, Office.
