职位描述：Job DescriptionJob Title: Sales AssistantDepartment: SalesLocation: Shanghai (静安区嘉里中心三座）Major Responsibilities？Serve as business partner to provide sales operation support to the whole instrument and service selling process.？Support sales team to conduct sales funnel management on instrument/service sales, to better track sales progress and drive sales forecast accuracy.？Own contracting process for instrument sales, including sales contract preparation, contract review and documentation.？Work closely with IT team to ensure Salesforce.com well support instrument/service selling process. Responsible to maintain relevant master data and record transactions in Salesforce.com. ？Participate in team meetings and draft the meeting minutes.？Proactively seek process/system improvement opportunities and own the implementation.？Proactively conduct analytics based on the data generated from sales operation process to help identify business risk/opportunities, and propose solutions.？Collect related information from team member and consolidate reports as needed, e.g. monthly report, etc.？Take the tasks assigned by the line manager as per business needs.Requirements？Bachelor or above degree.？Detail-oriented.？Logical thinking with process rigor.？Good interpersonal skills with teamwork spirit.？Fluent Chinese and English – both written and oral.？1+ year working experience in relevant positions, from medical device/life science industry is a plus.？Strong analytical mindset with hands-on skills is a plus.
