Responsibilities:

1. To play a key role in marketing development for growing revenue with branding MP Biomedicals diagnostics products.
2. To identify opportunities through strategic selling, market research, channel strategies and other activities to drive growth and increase market presence.
3. To provide technical knowledge and expertise to the sales force to facilitate competitive success.
4. To develop and maintain high-level relationship with key influencers as well as an active participation in the selling process.
5. To provide deep, ongoing analysis and understanding of the immunoassay and molecular diagnostics markets, MP Biomedicals’ product positioning, and key target accounts.
6. To utilize knowledge and understanding of molecular biology processes to identify opportunities and to articulate our value proposition to MP Biomedicals market approach.
7. This role is to heavily focus on strategic products marketing and identifying qualified opportunities for MP Biomedicals diagnostics product lines.
8. Interacts with field sales, regional sales managers and technical support staff to provide knowledge and understanding for the diagnostics market segment.
9. . The primary resource for technical information regarding products and applications in the areas of expertise.

Requirements:

A) Education:
- An university degree or above in related field

B) Professional Experience:
- About 3 - 5 years working experiences in marketing area or work with related experiences in marketing, application support or customer service in a MNC company.

 C) Skills and Competences:
- Results driven.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Capable of reaching aggressive goals with limited guidance.
- Customer focus.

- To be expected to write and present in English language 

- To be expected to travel within China as required
