职位描述：Position Summary:This is a sales development position within Brady China, reporting to the Medical/Lab Industry Sales Manager, the incumbent will work in a large territory of diverse industries with sales revenue channeled through distributor companies. This position’s key activity will directly contribute to sales growth, marketing development and distribution channel development for the industrial markets in the assigned areas.该职位为销售职位，向贝迪医疗实验室行业销售经理汇报。职责范围包括通过发展代理商渠道和开发大型终端客户，在负责区域内推广贝迪产品和应用解决方案。主要任务是在指定区域内业务拓展、市场发展和渠道拓展。Essential Duties and Responsibilities:1.Overall sales revenue growth in defined region and industrial sales growth指定区域和行业的销售增长2.Execution of Business plan for responsible regional development执行指定区域的业务拓展计划3.Develop customer service and satisfaction提高客户服务和客户满意度4.New customer development新客户开发5.Channel training and development代理商培训和发展Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:1. College degree in any disciplines大专以上学历2. Fair spoken & written English一定的英语读写能力3.Medcal/ Biologyindustry background医疗/生物行业背景4. Minimum 3year’s sales experience in industrialmarket3年以上行业市场销售经历5. Channel development experience would be preferred自我约束及独立工作能力强
