职位描述:岗位职责:1.管理客户关系并提供相关服务,根据既定的市场开发原则在指定区域开拓新的客户,并保持从现有客户获得持续的销售业绩。2.提供销售,活动及成本预算方面的信息,以利于销售经理做出有效的判断。3.在既定的客户中,根据系统的调研和沟通,最大可能的发现影响客户现在及未来的商业机会及购买决定。4.制定客户开发计划,并达到销售目标。5.随时给医疗专家提供产品技术支持。6.在负责的相关销售区域,了解当地的医疗市场及影响客户选择的竞争对手策略。7.学习以保持对公司产品、临床应用、管理法规要求的质量标准和业务政策的及时理解。任职要求:1.2年及以上稳定的医药产品销售经验(药品,耗材,设备均可)2.本科及以上学历(医学/药学/生物学等专业背景优先);3.良好的沟通能力;4.良好的人际交往能力;5.良好的团队意识;6.良好的英文基础(CET-6,书写及口语);7.可适应长短期出差;JOB TITLE工作职务: Technical Sales Representative 技术销售代表DIVISION部门: Cardiac Rhythm Management DivisionDIRECT REPORTING TO 直接汇报对象: Territory Sales Manager, CRMDJOB SUMMARY工作总结:To provide technical support to physicians during device implant and to meet sales target assigned.RESPONSIBILITIES职责:1.Perform CRMD product in-service and sales call to current and potential customers in assigned territories2.Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to achieve AOP, maximize market share and achieve marketing goals in assigned territories3.Formulate Sales Plan, Revenue and MS tracking report and Account Profile of customers in assigned territories4.Provide technical support of CRMD products in the assigned territories5.Provide training to nurses, referral doctors, health care workers6.Market Intelligence: competitor product, pricing, marketing programs7.Ambassador for SJM, PR8.Understand local government healthcare policy, market trend9.Assist in clinical research10.Serve as back-up for other CRMD team membersOTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 其他功能和职责1.Willing to travel and work overtime2.Handle and process customer complaints in timely manner and according to SJM’s requirement3.Execute the job responsibilities according to applicable standard operating procedures of SJM China and SJM4.Ensure applicable standard operating procedures of SJM China and SJM are executed within in the division5.Perform other related functions and responsibilities assigned by supervisorProfessional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications1.Industry Experience: Medical high value implanting product or high value consumables, cardio surgery business experience will be higher priorities2.Skills: Selling and channel management, communication skill internal and external, key accounts management3.Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in biomedical / engineering / medical science / human movement or related field (Coronary Care Nursing/Cardiac Technician) essential-PREFORMANCE FACTORS 绩效因素:1Focuses on the Customer:Is dedicated to meeting the needs of internal and external customers2Delivers Results with Integrity:Meets commitments and produces the right results at the right time.Adheres to moral and ethical principles.
