职位描述：PART I - POSITION SUMMARY 职位概要Lead a regional team of sales supervisors and sales representatives, and provide them direction to ensure business success and align organization goals with those of the regional team.领导所负责区域的销售队伍，为他们提供指导以确保团队销售任务的圆满完成PART II - PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责Manage & lead the sales team for the responsible areas and deliver responsible sales target on quarterly basis.带领负责区域内的销售团队按季完成区域销售指标Develop and implement sales and business development plan for the region using available information根据所掌握的信息制定并执行所负责区域的销售及业务发展计划Set goals, objectives and priorities for the team and ensure team members are aligned to regional/organizational goals through PMP.制定所负责团队的工作目标及优先顺序，通过绩效考核流程管理并确保团队成员共同完成销售任务Establish distribution network in the region and manage sub-distributor performance to reach sales target.建立所负责区域的代理商销售网络，管理代理商的绩效以完成公司的销售任务Lead and guide sub-distributor to execute company and BU strategy to make sure a healthy and sustainable business.引导代理商执行公司的业务发展战略并确保公司业务的健康可持续发展Build and keep good relationship with key accounts within responsible areas.建立并维护与区域内大客户之间的良好关系Organize marketing activities in the region and build brand image.在所负责区域内组织各项市场推广活动，并建立良好的品牌形象Manage OPEX in line with Sales Performance.结合销售业绩有效地控制运营成本Coordinate with QA&DC department to collect AE details and coach subordinates how to handle AE events配合质量保证与分销中心部收集不良事件信息,并指导下属处理不良事件.Ensure an energizing environment which motivates employees at all levels to give their best to the job营造良好的激励机制以激发各级员工的工作积极性Communicate upward and provide realistic picture of TFX Medical business.及时与上级沟通并如实报告业务状况PART III – QUALIFICATIONS 资格要求EDUCATION 教育程度College degree in medicine or medicine- related majors.医学或生物相关专业本科学历EXPERIENCE 工作经验At least 5 years' experience in relevant industry and function, such as sales and marketing in Medical device.五年以上医疗器械销售及市场等相关行业管理经验Experience in distributor management is preferred具有代理商管理经验者优先Team management experience具有团队管理经验OTHER QUALIFICATIONS (Physical, Visual etc.) 其他要求Good communication and presentation skills and strong interpersonal skills.有较强的沟通及人际交往能力A good team player , initiative, excellent organization and coordination skills有团队精神，具有主动性，优秀的组织协调能力Well-planning skills良好的计划能力Ability to communicate in both written and spoken Mandarin and English中英文沟通能力Good analytical skills and effective problem solving skills具有较强的分析能力及有效解决问题的能力Proficient in the use of MS Office suite能熟练使用office办公软件
