职位描述：Responsibilities/Duties:?As the leader of EE team.?To attend to define the product and hardware architecture.?To design electrical circuit schematic, PCB layout.?To develop HW drivers. To build up, debug and test prototypes.?To assist with product specification.?To specify, implement and test electronic components and sub-systems and produce documentation required to meet the needs of the business and quality and regulatory requirements.?To keep up to date with components, techniques and technologies appropriate to the Company’s products.?To recommend training and equipment requirements to allow efficient development of electronic assemblies and implement any agreed actionsTechnical Knowledge and Skills:?Above bachelor degree (or equivalent) in Electronic Engineering or similar.?Minimum of 5 years experience in electronic design (analogue and digital), experience of at least one embedded system (with PIC, ARM or AVR) is a must.At least 2 years work experience in medical device field.?Master EDA tool Altium Designer (or Protel), for schematics/PCB design and simulation.?Be skilful in usage of oscilloscope for debug and troubleshooting.?Be familiar with switching power supply, motor control, SPI, IIC, ADCs, USB. Experience of HW driver development is a plus (C/C++).?Knowledge of EMC/EMI.?Familiar with step motor and DC motor driving control strategy.?Knowledge and skill in engineering documentation procedures, development methods and project management, with the ability to rapidly master SMZ internal procedures and methods. Knowledge of FMEA and risk analysis is a plus.?Knowledge of SOPs, GMP/FDA/ISO 9001, etc., principles and skill in integrating into electronic design engineering discipline. Knowledge of IPC standards is a plus.?Experience of ISO 13485, IEC 60601-1Abilities:?Good communication skill?Reading English ability, speaking is a plus?Team work
