1. Support tendering team to prepare documentation for tender participation
2. Maintain tender database , filing per registration license with full set docs under team leader direction
3. Collect historic information from tendering system , including tender name , involved SBU, registration, product and price
4. Set up and maintain shared folder to assist SBU retrieve the docs on the proper way
5.Other task assigned by tendering team

任职要求：

1. 1-2 years tender related docs preparation working experience
2. Familiar with excel and good english with oral and writen and reading
3. Chariness and responsibility for work
4. Bachelor degree and pharmaceutical-profession background perferred
