Job Responsibilities/Objectives 1.协助日常销售工作的开展，如处理客户查询、报价、样品申请和寄送、跟进交货安排、文件准备等Assist daily sales work, such as customer’s inquiry, quotation, sample apply, delivery arrangement, documents preparation etc…2.准时准确出具各种报表和报告，传递与收集各种销售数据,提供分析意见和建议Be responsible for weekly and monthly report in time; Collect and analyze sales data, provide suggestions and improve plan. 3.跟进各项目进展,与实地销售保持有效沟通，提供各种业务支持和后勤服务;协助与客户沟通、处理业务查询和投诉Follow up all sales projects progress; Communicate with field sales and provide strong support to sales team; Deal with customers inquiry and complaint. 4.处理部门内行政事务,与公司各部门紧密联系Manage sales department’s administrative affairs; Coordinate with other functions. 5.积极完成销售经理委派的其他工作任务,Be responsible for other sales related work assigned by sales manager. 6.良好的沟通技能，工作努力、细心Good communication skill ,hard working and detailed work 7.具备统计分析能力Some analytical skills Skills, Knowledge & Experience – Professional, Technical 1.大专以上学历, 管理类、经济类等相关专业 University/college degree in business or relevant disciplines. 2.至少2年以上相关工作经验 2-year relevant experience or above in a sales assistant position. 3.熟练的计算机应用能力，良好的逻辑分析和数据处理能力 Good command of MS office applications; Be good at logic thinking and data sensitivity4.英语水平良好 Good command of oral and written English.
