Position Summary (What is the main purpose of this job? Why does it exist? same as Primary Purpose of job in career roadmap (e.g., to create marketing strategies; to develop, support and grow compliance awareness, etc.) Please summarize in two to three sentences.)?Provide hotline support for both customer and our technician?Build up the process for hotline system?Provide installation, maintenance, service, and commissioning for the dispensing product in China?Make the quality service to support the business development?Provide the daily technical support and service activities to ensure the end user satisfactory?Provide technical trainings to the customers?Provide technical hotline for distributor and customer?Can organize the work independent in a Home-Office?Act as hotline support as the business developResponsibility (What are the key responsibilities of this job? List the what, how and why of each responsibility and provide examples, as necessary. Use specific verbs of action, such as “manages”, “operates”, “analyzes”, “designs”, etc.Indicate three to five accountabilities in order of importance. same as Job Family Descriptors in career roadmap)?Responsible for installing a wide range of products and services that involve extensive customer interaction.?Onsite support for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, service independently?Provide the professional service to ensure the customer’s satisfactory?Manage daily hotline calls and ability to analyze the errors in a logical way?Provide the training for the end user to ensure they can use the systemproperly?Support the business activities when neededExperience (What unique knowledge is needed to successfully perform the job? What skills would you consider are most desirable (e.g., sales experience, leadership skills, years of experience, etc.)??At least 4 years’ experience in field service of equipment?Has the experience of service process in international company?Have the hotline experience with good customer communication?Experience with PC/ PLC?Experience in driving technic/power unit engineering (motors and controller)?Experience with hotline supportEducation (Specific educational requirement or technical training, multi-language, computer knowledge, etc.)?BS or BA in electrical or Computer Science or some related work experience?Good verbal and oracle EnglishJob Competencies (What competencies are needed to successfully perform the job (Drive for Results, Adaptability, etc.)? Technical skills must be measurable. May refer to CFN Leadership Expectations and/ or Functional Competencies in career roadmap.)?Mechanical knowledge, ability to do mechanical work (simple ones)?Ability solves technical problems, find problems on a logical way?Ability to communicate with people/customer (reaction by problems, training customer)?Time flexible (sometimes working night and weekend)?Can work autonomous?Hotline support?Preparedness to go to Germany for one or two months for training?Ready to travel more than 50% of working time?Can handle stress situations, ability to handle different things on the same time
