Job Responsibilities:岗位职责：1、Responsible for the design and optimization of company’s medical imaging product user interface and company’s website including generating user interface specifications, developing prototypes, and wireframes. 负责公司医学影像产品用户界面和网站的设计和优化，包括用户界面规范书，设计原型和线框模型。2、Researching and analyzing industry trends including competitors, comparable experiences, and customer feedback. 研究和分析行业趋势，包括竞争对手，可比的经验和客户反馈。3、Executing design work consistent with design and brand standards, documenting and driving design standards and patterns across channels and products. 确保设计工作和设计品牌标准一致，撰写设计和模式标准，并推广到公司各个产品和部门。4、Carrying out concept design and work flow design, determining the real-time response criteria, performing the usability evaluation and testing, taking the initiative in optimizing work flow and interface design to improve product usability satisfaction. 把设计概念和工作流设计有效得贯彻到具体设计中，对当前设计需求能够很快做出准确判断，根据产品易用性的评估与测试结果，能够主动地对产品的工作流与界面设计进行优化以提高用户对产品的使用满意度。5、Taking directions from other team members and effectively negotiating trade-offs between product management and engineering. 听从其他同事工作需求，并对设计任务在产品管理和产品开发之间进行有效的平衡。Job Qualifications:任职资格：1、BS or higher, majoring in in digital media, visual communication, industrial design, and other related equivalents, and two years interaction design experience is a minimal. 本科及以上学历，数字媒体、视觉传达、工业设计等相关专业，至少两年交互设计经验。2、 Proficient in Photoshop/Illustrator, and working knowledge of Axure, Balsamiq, Omnigraffle, or the like. 精通photoshop/ Illustrator，具有Axure，Balsamiq，Omnigraffle或类似工具的实际工作经验。3、 Working experience in creating process flows, wireframes, and mockups to effectively conceptualize detailed interaction behaviors. 具有利用工作流、线框模型、和样机有效地把详细交互行为表达出来的工作经验。4、Creative in nature, passionate in discovering current trends in the industry, and design new over the trends. 充满创意的个性，有激情地去发现行业趋势，并提出创新设计。 5、 Strong logical and fast learning capability is must必须具备很强的逻辑和快速学习能力6、 Excellent visual skills and sensitivity towards color, layout, and typography. 优秀的视觉技能和具有很高的颜色、布局和排版敏感度。7、Strong oral and written communication skills are essential 清晰的语言表达能力和显著的文案编辑能力8、Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment as well as working independently具有优秀的沟通能力和协作能力，既能与团队合作也能独立工作
