Job Title: Operations specialist/ Customer Service (Intern)Department: Sales OperationsLocation: China/BJGENERAL SUMMARY:The position is part of Supply Chain of China Sales Operations team.It is expected to support daily order process and customer service.ORGANIZATION:Reports to Supply Chain ManagerRELATIONSHIPS:?Finance Team?Sales Team?Sales Operations TeamESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:？Daily DMS&ORACLE order process？Dealer payment check and order release coordinate？Daily communicate with dealers, sales and other functional team to support sales activities？Other works assigned by line managerREQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION？Commercial education background is preferred.？Good command of English written skills.？Good interpersonal and cross functional communicator.？Oracle/SAP experience is preferred.？Willing to learn, be able to working under pressure and willing to be stable.
