职位描述:
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for managing the selling of contract and services. Initiate, develop, promote and implement service contract selling plan.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop service sales plan to include strategy, profit analysis, sales projections for annual and quarterly goals.
· Perform market analysis to identify potential key accounts; demonstrates a thorough understanding of business issues that drive the service sale.
· Negotiate complex contracts, gains access to key decision makers and builds relationships.
· Respond to inbound customer telephone, fax, email and mail inquiries surrounding the sales of service contracts.

· Respond to customer inquires including product information, pricing, and order status.
· Maintain a working knowledge of company products, special sales programs and marketing campaigns within business unit.
· To be a technical and commercial point of contact for customers, agents and associate companies on all relevant product enquiries.
· To build working relationships with the relevant external sales personnel, agents and associate companies
· Order handling – Order interpretation, entry to computer system, commercial and technical documentation, inter departmental/supplier liaison, expediting, dealing with visiting inspectors, shipping and invoicing department support
To work with customers to solve application problems and propose suitable technical solutions.

DESIRABLE

1. At least 1 years above service or contract sales experience
2. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical /Electro-mechanical Engineering
3. Sufficient engineering exposure to understand basic engineering processes, materials and typical manufacturing processes
4. Proven technical sales experience. Project handling experience. End user exposure would be an advantage but not essential
5. Flexible individual with a positive and proactive responsive approach
